    • Response: Within 4 hours of receiving initial call, with part in hand
  • Real-time access to call activity
  • Site history reports by different criteria available upon request
  • Dedicated technical support account engineer

Level III

  • Technical phone support, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday
  • On-site:
    • Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday
    • Response: Within next business day of receiving initial call, with part in hand
  • Real-time access to call activity
  • Site history reports by different criteria available upon request
  • Dedicated technical support account engineer

Level IV

  • Parts Replacement Only
  • On-site:
    • Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday
    • Delivery: First thing in the AM the following business day of diagnosing the call
  • Real-time access to call activity
  • Site history reports by different criteria available upon request
  • Dedicated technical support account engineer

Hot Spares Program/Parts Storage

  • Parts stored onsite at customer’s facility and/or local parts deports to ensure part is available for use
  • Used parts replaced the following day to replenish inventory
