Level I (24x7x4)

  • Access with your contract to our technical phone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
  • On-site hours of coverage, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
  • On-site response, with part s or systems, within 4 hours of diagnosing the trouble call
  • Dedicated technical support engineer working with your single point of contact & real-time access to call activity

Level II (9x5x4)

  • Access with your contract to our technical phone support 8 am to 5 pm local time, Monday – Friday
  • On-site hours of coverage are 8 am to 5 pm local time, Monday – Friday
  • On-site response, part in hand, within 4 hours of receiving the initial call
  • Dedicated technical support account manager, real-time access to call activity and site history reports by different criteria available by request

Level III (9x5xNBD)

  • Access with your contract to our technical phone support 8 am to 5 pm local time, Monday – Friday
  • On-site hours of coverage are 8 am to 5 pm local time, Monday – Friday
  • On-site response, part in hand, within the Next Business Day of receiving the initial call
  • Dedicated technical support account manager, real-time access to call activity and site history reports by different criteria available by request

Level IV (9x5xNBD Parts Replacement Only)

  • Access with your contract to our technical phone support 8 am to 5 pm local time, Monday – Friday
  • The required replacement part or system will be delivered, first thing the following AM Business Day of diagnosing the call
  • Dedicated technical support account manager, real-time access to call activity and site history reports.

Hot Spares Program (Parts Storage)

  • Parts will be stored onsite at customer’s facility and/or our local parts depots to ensure part is ready and available
  • Used parts are replaced the following day to replenish the inventory.

Cisco SMARTnet®

IT Express is a Cisco partner and can provide Cisco’s SMARTnet® support or a blended approach with SMARTnet® and IT Express’s Alternative to Cisco’s SMARTnet® which is a cost effective solution and will help lower your overall networking support costs.

  • Our objective is to have a very cost effective alternative to all Cisco’s SMARTnet®.
  • Provide the same services and access to IOS updates and upgrades that can be obtained from Cisco.
  • Alternative that is especially cost effective on certain Cisco products that need coverage and the IOS is not continually updated.
