IT Express exists to keep infrastructure running and to help businesses adopt what's next, without forcing a choice between the two.
What we do
We started as a multi-vendor hardware maintenance provider, keeping networking, server, and storage equipment running as a cost-effective alternative to OEM support contracts, both directly for end customers and as a field-service partner for other IT asset management and maintenance organizations. That break/fix, hands-on-the-hardware foundation is still the core of what we do.
We've since built on it: fully managed IT services for businesses that want a single partner handling their network, endpoints, and Microsoft 365 environment, and private AI infrastructure for organizations that want to deploy AI on hardware they own and control, rather than handing their data to a third party.
